6.1 Cookies
This website uses a cookie consent banner with four categories: Essential, Functional, Performance, and Marketing. Only Essential cookies, which are technically necessary, are active by default.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, or any advertising or tracking tools, and this site does not embed any social media plugins. Should we add such tools in future, this section and the banner will be updated accordingly.
Essential cookies are stored on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you give consent to any further category, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG; you can change or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner.
6.2 Booking a Session
If you book a Diagnostic Session, this is handled by Cal ID, provided by Cal ID, Inc. Cal ID acts as an independent controller for the booking data you provide (e.g. name, email address, selected time slot). Cal ID, Inc. is based in India; where data is transferred outside the EEA, Cal ID relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Further details: cal.id/gdpr-policy
The legal basis for our own use of this booking data is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
6.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed via Stripe, provided by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Dublin, Ireland) for EEA/UK customers or Stripe, Inc. (South San Francisco, USA) for customers elsewhere. Stripe processes payment-related data (e.g. name, billing address, card details) directly; we do not store your full payment card details. This processing is necessary for performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Further information: stripe.com/privacy
6.4 Short Guide
The short guide is a paid product (purchased via Stripe). After payment, access is delivered as a link to a hosted page on Gamma (gamma.app). When you open that link, your device connects directly to Gamma's servers, which may process technical data (e.g. IP address, browser information) to display the page. Details: gamma.app/privacy
We ourselves only process the payment and delivery data described in 6.3.
6.5 Contact Inquiries
If you contact us by email, phone, or through a contact form, we store your inquiry, including the personal data it contains, to process it and for follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
