Practice
Two 50-minute speaking sessions every week, one to one. Plus one group session every week.

Reflection
One 50-minute speaking session and one 50-minute coaching session every week, one to one. Plus one group session every week.
By the end, you are the person the team sends to handle the client call no one else wants to take.
2,600 USD paid over 3 months, or 8,300 USD paid over 12 months.
Coaching delivered by a CertyCoach-certified practitioner.
Acceleration
An EQ-i 2.0 assessment, two 50-minute speaking sessions and one 50-minute coaching session every week, one to one. Plus one group session every week.
By the end, you walk into the room with senior leaders and do not shrink.
3,900 USD paid over 3 months, or 12,000 USD paid over 12 months.
Includes an EQ-i 2.0 360 assessment administered by a certified practitioner.
All one-to-one sessions happen by video call or by phone. You choose. Group sessions are small and no one is asked to perform in front of the group without agreeing first.
Payment is split into either 3 or 12 monthly instalments. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The total price is fixed when you start.

Why Acceleration includes an assessment.
Speaking under pressure depends on emotional skills as much as on vocabulary: self-regard, impulse control, stress tolerance. The EQ-i 2.0 measures these skills before we start, so the coaching work targets the actual block instead of guessing.
